Every single item on Jian is custom just for you, and it will take us 2 – 3 business days to handmade and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Our shipping method being currently available is STANDARD SHIPPING (EMS,UPS,FEDEX,DHL) .

Please note: Some of the items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

US Shipping Time Estimates:

• UPS/FedEx:3-7 business days

US Shipping Charge:

• UPS/FedEx:$29.9

*USA: Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

Rest of World Shipping Time Estimates:

• Standard Shipping:20-35 business days
• UPS/FedEx:6-9 business days

Rest of World International Shipping Charge:

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received the tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

You can also check the status of your order using our order tracking page here.

Please note:It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system.

I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, contact one of our support through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

International buyers! – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and the shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

*Shipping to the following countries may take over 20 days for certain products:
South Africa, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania, and French Polynesia.
Important note for all orders shipped to Mexico, all countries in Africa, and South-America
Please be informed that all orders shipped to Mexico and all countries in Africa ( South Africa, Cape Verde, …   ), and countries in South America ( Peru, Chile, Argentina, …) usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive due to the delays from customs and local post offices.

*All items cannot be shipped to the following countries: Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru,  Montenegro, Syria, Kuwait, Georgia, North Korea, Jordan, Ecuador, and Morocco.*
